Shipping Policy

Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from Karlitas Kreations. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.

Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If your mailing address is invalid and we are unable to create a shipping label, we will make two attempts to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of our first attempt of contact, your order will be canceled and refunded. If you don't receive tracking information, please check your spam folder for our emails. 

We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather etc.
